Pros

It is pleasant to work in VRP, the company, where the management listens to the employee's wishes and also responds adequately to advice and criticism. They have a very competitive salaries, above the market averages I would say. You get a new equipment and a prestigious office in the city center. For a newcomers, there is a training center where they teach Salesforce and English. Once you get your hands on the project, more experienced colleagues provide mentoring support in the first year of work in the company. The last but not least, projects and customers are from very different industries and are very interesting to work on. I can’t find any cons or anything I don't like working in the company I am right now, everything just great for me.

Cons

Nope, nothing wrong I can say about the company.

Possibly the worst company I’ve ever worked for

Pros

I had a fabulous group of coworkers. Knowing that shared trauma and ptsd brought us together, was the best group to trauma bond with 10/10 would recommend those people to fall back on when the tears and frustration came. It was funny how numb we became and got to laugh at the pure stupidity nearly daily.

Cons

Absolutely the worst “leadership” I’ve ever come in contact with. The CEO has a strong ego that I would liken to dictators. Resources are numbers and dollar signs. Follow blindly and do not ask why. If you do, you’re most likely trashed by their sales (mainly one person who is clinically mentally ill- but refuses to ever be in the wrong) infront of other coworkers and clients. Structural changes are made on whims. Poor money management is passed off as lower level issues and the ceo sends emails at 5pm on Friday’s casually letting everyone know there will be layoffs. “Folks, there will be restructuring. Thanks for understanding”. I couldn’t even make that up. They lie about resources and where they are located to win government work. They undercut contracts then complain when they are undeliverable at a profit margin. My favorite was the lack of diversity so the mainly male leadership believed they understood what was needed when nearly everyone I came in contact with hated working there.

Poorly managed and unethical

Pros

Good pay and nice colleagues

Cons

Egotistical and clueless management. Working here means being downtrodden and feeling like you may be fired any day. The pay was good but with no work/life balance and no job security it isn't worth it.
