Beware of current 'good reviews', they're HR plants by in house recruiters
Pros
Low health care costs, good PTO.
Cons
You will get laid off in a heart beat if you're mid level. Latest layoffs neglected to lay off the many over bloated Director and corporate level staff. Went for mid tier, so that they can replace them with low paid poster children BIPOC new hires in the near future. Digital work is a farce, as is their "full service agency!"- this is a design print firm, nothing more, everything less. Very little to offer for clients wanting an actual full service UX/UI agency, as they lack both the knowledge, experience, and don't know how to guide anyone they may have hired to lead the way into doing such endeavors. If you are a female with a voice, don't bother using it here: you will be admonished, ignored, reprimanded, and put in your place. Their 'diversity and inclusion' club was started mostly by the Millenials and Gen Zers that they have since laid off, but bloated upper management has been latching onto this as if this life raft was their idea to keep their boated carcasses afloat in their fetid pool of abscess of old, rich, whiteness. In short, this place is not long for this ad agency world. If you want real world agency experience, look elsewhere. If you want to make some pretty design world brand guide lines for Covid 19, sure, you can get your feet wet here for a spell. Get some pretty things for your portfolio and then LEAVE.
