Small company with family style feel. Ones co-workers can become career assets as well as good friends. Initiative and hard work are rewarded. Plenty of opportunities for advancement and career growth.
Cons
Company is run by a large team of Vice Presidents who gained their positions by longevity instead of expertise or skills. Company has been losing contracts the past three years. They have not been gaining any significant new work which has lead to large layoffs. Little to no telecommuting option.
