I had the opportunity to work closely with many Fortune 100 companies, and I was able to establish a strong network with high level clients. Everyday provided a new challenge and helped me grow as a designer. I really enjoyed the collective effort to do good work, collaborating with other departments, and sharpening my skills outside of graphic design.
The dullness of the day to day grind is broken up with jokes, good conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
This is a great company for people who take the initiative and can lead themselves to success. The team will help each other as much as possible, but the company is not set up for guidance and confirmation -- you should join the company knowing that you have skills to bring to the table, and can adapt quickly to change.
Varied client work for big names will boost your portfolio and credentials for your career. A feeling of team spirit among you and your co-workers. Lax dress code. I general, there is a productive air in the office. Very convenient location for public transit/food. Many opportunities to learn.
Cons
I was subject to daily cursing and shouting matches occuring between upper management and non-creative, so much that I assumed this was standard office behavior (very unprofessional and distracting). Job security is not yet present at this company. No overtime pay in place.
