      Only if you need a job.

      Cons

      Low management skills. Never precise in there day to day operations. Asset’s (Equipment) unpredictable. Logistics side of the company very weak, no leadership,no direction. No long term plan through out the company. Service is sub par for a company this small. Health insurance has much room for improvement, the hard working of this company need better care even if it cost the company a little more.Invest in your employees you be surprised what they could do for you.

      If you could get a road worthy trailer freight was steady

      Loads were always available, Great miles.

      Cons

      75 % of OTR drivers and 100% of the local drivers don't pre/post trip trailers when they drop them. Company has a $2000 out of house limit for equipment repairs and will bully you into bringing them back to one of the two shops in Texas for repairs if a load goes near one.
