Touring positions are rewarding but work/life balance is nonexistent

Pros

The pay is decent and opportunities for overtime are frequently available (although forced upon you and not optional), touring position provides for a unique experience.

Cons

Very long hours with few breaks, Work days can be in excess of 14+ hours, working at least six if not seven days a week, overtime and long work days are not optional, you leave work when everything is done whether your specific job is finished or not. Poor leadership from the touring managers.

Pros

VStar was a great place to work. The experience and opportunities I received here helped me to advance in my career. Just a few of the reasons I think VStar is exceptional: Advancement opportunities Phenomenal HR staff Teamwork Growing company with a bright future Department heads who really care about their staff

Cons

Honestly, I don't have a negative thing to say about VStar. If the opportunity arose, I would go back to VStar.
