Pros
Still a fairly small company, so most people know each other pretty well Easy to get answers to questions Casual work environment Great benefits Senior executives are extremely upfront and honest, and in general are just really good people
Cons
Some things are a bit disorganized at times due to the rapid growth the company has experienced over the past year or so It's government work - sometimes the work itself can be a bit dry

Pros
You gain a bunch of new knowledge working with industry veterans and advanced technologies. Flexible working hours at least in the software engineering department. I do not I know about any other departments. I enjoyed this a lot when I was there. You can choose to work all 40 hours in 4 days and have a 3 day weekend or work for 7 days with 6 hours each day. You can even choose which day is your weekend and which is your work day between monday to sunday. At least, that was my experience.
Cons
There is really no cons. It is "Con-less".
