Salary on time Good events and parties but bad peoples.

I was seriously going to write 11 negative points. But something stops me doing so. I just want to give a genuine review for this company. If you are experience one having 5+ years of experience then go to this company, ones having lower experience should not go here. They will not give you they values they used to give to the Senior resource. They will not trust you. Not recommend to the juniors and freshers. There is a lot of partiality in this company between the employees. Bad behavior of some team members. Bad Managers.

Sales team is complete scrap, hiring freshers and firing mid level experience employees. Reason stated - that they can hire multiple fresher resources instead of paying high salary to a single employee. Poor lead source. They use unethical ways to approach other company's data which is an offence.

Cons

Salary in-time. Weekend off. Flexible timings No work from home.
