Pros

Telework due to COVID, that is it.

Cons

Management is openly racist and xenophobic. They also gaslight their employees. Not only that, but they allow government customers to be openly racist, practice sexism, and gaslight. They have swept multiple formal complaints by employees under the rug, lack basic task knowledge, and will gossip about their employees. Instead of taking a stand, they will bend over backwards for the government - all in the name of money. Not only that, but the company also practices gross nepotism. Good luck getting hired if you are not related to a current employee. Does not matter what your qualifications are. The only shot you have if you are not related is if you are an old straight white man. That is the only type of people management will even listen to. It does not matter if younger employees have fantastic ideas, and SME experience. If you're not an old straight white man, management will do its best to block your raises and ignore your concerns.

Pros

Government contractor which means most federal holidays are paid time off. Which is a nice perk.

Cons

Moral, leadership, and workload. Company has gone under massive downsizing and let go of some very good people which were team players and decided to keep some of the less desirables and ones that will step on anyone. Under transition CEO which is very unstable and not desirable place of employment. Made to feel you have no value and your were lucky to work there.
