Pros
The flexibility and work/life balance has been a game-changer for me. It's also great to work somewhere where my ideas are not dismissed and I feel as though I can make more of a contribution on a bigger scale.
Cons
The work can be challenging, but given the market and vertical we recruit/do work in, that's to be expected and is not really a reflection on the company as an employer.
