Good Opportunity and Great Learning Experience

Pros

There are good opportunities for Performers, Hardworking and Passionate people. The management have been recognizing those people and giving an opportunity to work onsite. It is a mid sized company but it is in a growing stage. Great work-life-balance. Good working environment. Good Infrastructure.

Cons

The management will have to improve Internal Recruitment. The corporate team is compromising BIG TIME on QUALITY when it comes to corporate recruitment. Also, the company is wasting money/salary/time on couple of SENIOR but non-productive AND non-passionate people which will go against them in very near future. The incentive structure is not employee-friendly. This will not motivate the employees to work harder and deliver great results.

If you want to ruin your career then join here. There is nothing good to write about this company.

Cons

Worst management. They have no idea what they are doing. The CEO talks too much and trusts no one. You have to attend soo many meeting and no work gets done. Everyday the priority changes and there is no way you can earn incentives. In-fact, there is nobody in the company who has ever earned an incentive. This company is a big SCAM!

People were good there apart from this, There is nothing good in this company so that I can recommend someone to join. I made a mistake & Wasted my career's good time. There is no scope no career no development. The another good thing was the salary was getting paid on time.

Cons

There are lot of Down sides of this company. Here is a list I have got for it: 1) No Scope 2) No Career 3) People are given a different task to perform every 2 weeks 4) No Incentives for the Work done 5) Fake Promises & Commitments 6) People in the Management are most idiotic people I have ever met 7) Nobody knows what to do as every two weeks new things comeup. ETC. ETC. ETC. I have lot more to say but ETC...
