      1. No Process at all. 2. Late night working is the culture of this company. 3. Work will be assign without any documentation or user story. 4. If you ask for help then they show you bigger eyes.

      One of the medium sized company to work for, but not for a long carrer

      Company good for Fresher, lot of things to learn.

      Cons

      They dont need smart and good people to work for. Working late nights every time. No process, No documentation. Over all a starting company, any one want to start can work here
