      Poor Executive Leadership Skills

      Pros

      You actually get a laptop without having to pay for it

      Cons

      Most executives have only gained their position because they stay long enough and slide in to a position because there is no one else to fill the position.

      large sub stations make up the plant

      Pros

      Moderate paced work while on nightshift, not alot of supervisor shadowing (on nightshift at least).

      Cons

      Fairly average pay, not alot of room to grow. Workers with 20+ years haven't moved up in the company at all. Long hours often 6 or 7 days a week.
