Pros

No micromanaging Achievable daily KPIs You can make a good living if sales are good

Cons

Disorganized Favoritism If you are not in the top 5 you might as well be gum on a shoe in the eyes of management You are a selling a scam product to old people who have already scammed by their timeshare No consistency. They will pretty much hire anybody with a pulse and if that person ends up being someone you rely on, you’re pretty much screwed.
