14 properties located from North to the south end of Myrtle Beach. Every opportunity in hospitality can be located.

Cons

There is a large amount of turnover, and that is due to the following issues: Lack of training and structure, management disorganization, internal drama, hostility among senior managers, and favoritism of certain employees.

Generally good people to work with. Flexible hours for front desk.

Cons

Extremely low pay for amount of work expected. Poor benefits to the point, one actually wonders if they believe in their own mission statement. Management is incompetent. Lots and lots and lots of turnover.

Besides wearing casual clothes... nothing.

The pay sucks even after raises. You make the company 100s of thousands to get a quarter raise. They disqualify you from bonus if you breath wrong! The coach they have now is a freaking joke... very rude who talks bad about everyone during our stupid coaching sessions and will talks down to you like you’re garbage. In this place you are not promoted because you can do the job only because certain upper management likes you. Now our hours have been cut to nothing and we get sent home after we’ve only been clocked in for an hour. All the good managers are gone! Quit or fired!! It’s just not a fun job anymore. Oh and they have cameras in there and they monitor everting you say and do and write you up for something you said to another agent in a personal conversation! If you are looking for a place to grow this place is not it. They use people. Don’t let their fun image fool ya.
