      This company is a disaster

      Pros

      Flexible culture and work/life balance, and there are a few excellent individuals to work with here.

      Cons

      This company lost all of its developers and outsourced the rest of the work to overseas contractors after they revealed financial crisis and a lacking vision forward. Do not apply here expecting a stable job, team, or culture. Please beware that this company is currently unstable and may not be around for much longer.

      Pros

      The only pro was that I could work from my home and not have to deal directly with the owner or principals.

      Cons

      Awful company, caution before accepting a job with them. They are unprepared underfunded and are a train wreck. They gave no severance, no exit interview nothing. Very disappointed in ever accepting a job with this company.

      Hired me on as promised, received a laptop in a timely manner. software seems sound decent base salary

      Cons

      disgruntled employee was asked to train me micromanaged seemed to have no concern about the customer and their happiness employees treated as widgets commission structure not strong enough to incentivize culture of caring was missing
