They don't care about their employees' well being - unless they are management

Uniform - but hadn't been changed for 2 years, so it got worn out Breakfast and lunch - but we've been made to sign a form without reading it that reduced this benefit The clients are very nice and teams are amazing. If you get rid of incompetent managers, this could be a good place to work in

Cons

Horrible management - bullying, favouritism was tolerated, even after few employees developed anxiety and spoke up about incidents. I loved the client and the job, but had to leave due to unfair treatment. Didn't even get an exit interview.

Pros

Some sites have really nice management and have reasonable working hours, good HR and a nice culture.

Cons

Some sites have managers who micro-manage in a big way, they often expect you to work unpaid overtime if you are in a more senior role, there is very limited career progression / personal development planning in place.

Monday to Friday shifts in most of the facilities

Cons

Poor salary, under the market Lack of management and very unskilled people in those positions. Some people are manager because they have relatives in key positions, but they don't have any experience or skills. Poor policy for staff food. Managers pretend that staff eat left over only. Maybe the think their staff are beasts!!! No meritocracy!
