No training, SOP's are non existent, no clear hierarchy, very little work/life balance. Unprofessional middle management with little or no people skills.
Great coworkers, as are most of the upper management. Ok pay, but better raises yearly

Base pay could be better. Still new to the whole parts dept so some growing pains, which could be better if they took more stock in employees concerns and suggestions
