Pros

Here's your five word minimum.

Cons

Literally all of the positive reviews are from the people in the manager Ryan's favor. This company is not worth 4 stars. No work life balance, no ethics, no value in employees. Do not fall for any review with anything good to say. This company preys on recent grads who don't know their worth. Avoid it at all costs.

Hey Reviewer. Thank you for taking the time to give some feedback. It sounds like we didn't part on a good note. To clarify a few things based off what you stated. 1. Personally we do not teach work-life balance. Actually quite the opposite. We teach harmony. For example, when people are new here, learning sales, its very intimidating and scary, so we set expectations from day 1 that its going to be way harder and longer days up front because everything will be new and an adjustment. Then when its time to play and relax we encourage you do not work and be with family. That is by definition completely unbalanced but the "harmony" starting a new job is definitely going to be more work up front. That is 100% for sure. 2. Our ethics and values are also clearly stated. A) Work hard B) WOW the customers and clients C) Be a confident leader but also a humble student D) You are what you do, not what you say or think you do These summarize us in a nutshell. 3) We are attractive to recent grads because most do not go into their studied profession because choosing a life path at 18 years old as a freshman, most do not get that right. Our Management training course is tough but for the right person who has the above values, it is a great fit. Again, we are an open book here and as President I answer all reviews personally myself so please feel free to contact us directly if you have any more questions that need cleared up.

Pros

Please see cons below and read very carefully before you consider this turd of a job.

Cons

If you're looking to walk 5+ miles a day selling internet and TV Channels door to door then you're at the right place. Ryan the CEO is a selfish arrogant human being who only talks about his money and the trips he takes. Don't fall for their sales pitch. When I started six more people started and half of them quit the next day. This has been the worst job ever!!! Many false promises! If you don't sell anything you don't get paid. You work from 9am - 8:30pm

Hi Reviewer, Ryan here. I apologize that you had such a terrible experience while we were in Austin temporarily. Allow me to address your comments. 1) We absolutely, 100% work face to face, residential sales for AT&T. We do this because we are paid to go and represent the largest telecom company in the world exactly where the customer base is, their home. We get our leads directly from our client and know exactly where we are going and who we are seeing. 2) I apologize that your opinion of me is that I am "selfish and arrogant who only talks about the trips I take and money." We talk about, and educate about finances, not money, almost on a daily basis. As a former orphan in South Korea, I grew up in and lived in an orphanage until I was 5 before I was adopted by my American parents who were both teachers for my entire life. That means they did not earn a lot of money. So my take on finances is to learn and teach what I never knew as a child. I apologize if the teaching of finances as, to my belief, is very underwhelming in our educational system, is a massive important structure built within our training. The arrogant part, I can not do anything about. Everyone is entitled to their individual opinion of me which is fair. I have my fair share of people who feel as you do and my fair share of people who feel completely opposite, this I feel makes me human. As far as travel, YES! I love to travel. I travel A LOT! It is definitely a passion for me and my wife. We have worked extremely hard to create a life where this is big part of it. I absolutely do share stories from travels and definitely encourage people to put themselves in a position in life to be able to travel everywhere! 3) You warned people not to fall for our sales pitch. Here is the "pitch" If you are not looking for handouts. If you are the person in your current employment who has always worked harder than everyone else, put in more time, produced more but still frustrated that you cannot grow or climb in the company, then our structure may benefit you. If nothing that I wrote describes you, yes this won't be a good fit for you. Much like I advise everyone who asks me what it takes to play professional soccer that doesn't like to run, I say run away from soccer....4) In regards to your comment about wishing that the company go "belly up", a company that I started with nothing but hope and dreams that I left my professional soccer career to start, took a huge chance and moved to Houston while my wife still sorted out her profession in Austin until she could move out with me and did all that without any certainty that we would make it, meanwhile we have grown into 7 other markets across the US since then, I will steal the words from much smarter men than myself. Martin Luther King said "Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that" so in that light, reviewer, I honestly do hope you find that perfect job that gives you everything you desire and hope for and wish you nothing but health and happiness because I internally believe that there is enough in this world for everyone to be successful. Again, we go face to face, so our door is always open, so please feel free to come into the office and address any concerns that the above comments did not address.

Pros

Most of the people are very nice and fun to be around. It is challenging since sales isn't for everyone but you learn a lot in a very short period of time.

Cons

Ryan is difficult to work for. He is constantly bragging about his money and past. He expects all his employees to "blend" their work like and personal life and not discuss your problems at work. There's really no support as far as HR goes. Ryan does and says as he pleases. If he insults you, then you need to toughen up. And his word is absolute law. He is right and everyone else is wrong.
