      - Thriving company with a ton of promise for continued success - Great people - truly enjoyed some of the connections made working here. - Tons of opportunity for growth. Other departments welcome the idea of moving team members around if it makes sense.

      Cons

      Certain members of upper management can come across as unprofessional in their interactions with others. It was not uncommon to witness managers being criticized or undermined publicly, which created an uncomfortable and, at times, demoralizing work environment.

      Pros

      Rejoined vagaro because of more opportunities for growth and learning, career progression, and chances to move up into higher roles, along with regular recognition for good work, this has helped and kept me motivated and satisfied. Training initiatives are helpful I would definitely recommend vagaro to my friends Organization's hierarchy is well structured and very supportive. Even CEO is right there to help and always monitoring issues occurred even if its midnight or late working hours. Safety for women employees.
