Pros

It was a small company, and I joined it as a fresher. The tech stack and exposure to new technologies were excellent, and the team was very supportive. I started my IT career there, and it provided me with a great learning curve

Cons

Recognition was minimal, and salary hikes were primarily based on how dependent the project was on an individual rather than on overall performance.
