      I would look elsewhere this place is not great

      Pros

      I would advise not working here, there was a new CEO hired almost 2 years ago and the place has turned toxic. She says the 5 of 9 Directors who left since she started are "toxic and unhealthy" when they had been there over 10 years with the previous CEO. The CEO talks about herself constantly and how great she thinks she is and only cares about upper management she does not talk to any staff below management ever. She takes all of the credit for everything good that happens with the organization and blames others for anything negative. And credit is not given where it is due to staff who do a great job. I have never worked at an organization where there is such a lack of integrity and honesty. Many staff are looking and trying to leave as this place seems to be going downhill fast.

      Cons

      Lots of verbiage from managers about being part of the culture, pride in being overworked, disappointment with keeping it to 40 hours. Not a lot of consideration or communication around employee mental health, considering it’s a mental health org. Lack of reliable communication around expectations and performance.
