Pros
I honestly can't think of many reasons to work here. It's okay for temporary work while you search for somewhere else. The three day weekends are nice.
Cons
Very little opportunity for advancement based on merit. Management doesn't seem to like those who are trying to advance within the company. Nobody seems to know what in the world is going on when it comes to production.
