Great group of guys to work around daily. I've never had to take any time off due to lack of work.

Cons

Company being put under the Quanta umbrella has led to a lot of management decisions that are out of touch with what we need in the field. It can make things very frustrating

Poorly managed, ever since Quanta bought Valard there is a lot of high up positions that are completely useless. Friends giving their friends 6 figure jobs that literally sleep in a truck all day
