      Pros

      If you can get a lot of client to invest, the commission is relatively high. It is easy to get in. There is no fix time like regular office.

      Cons

      1. A lot of Grey area. 2. There is no salary only allowance. They have probation period for 2 months. 3. They don't care whether you have good economic knowledge as long as you're good at marketing.
