Pros
They have some good people who are now leaving. Remuneration is reasonable, work is challenging and of itself is rewarding.
Cons
There values are not worth the paper they are written on. Upper management (GM and above) are only concerned about themselves they are not people focused at all. They terminate people who even slightly challenges the current status quo. Confidential conversations with high level leader are not kept confidential. They promote admin staff into highly technical manager roles. They have a career and succession planning every year would appear not to add value. How can you be a high potential employee (promotable two level in 5 years) and still be in the same role 3.5 years later. Whistling blowing will only get you terminated
