      Good teamwork and company values. Good benefits. Smaller company so don’t get lost in the crowd.

      Cons

      Busy work environment so not a con if you like that. Not a place to work if you’re looking for a light workload.

      12 hour shifts good for days off. Work area open good during Covid. Supervisors long time employees. Good insurance.

      Plant is hot in the summer.
