Lower level employees are really awesome and helpful.

Cons

Management is terrible. I experienced severe retaliation for reporting a safety incident and filed a formal complaint. The company did nothing and further retaliated which forced me to quit. EEOC and BOLI complaints filed.

good title on the resume for professional and personal growth, global travel opportunities, biologicals industry is booming, learn how to navigate a toxic work environment, learn how to get things done without authority, become intimately familiar with "how not to be a leader"

Cons

toxic work environment, abusive culture, politically motivated, extremely bureaucratic, septic leadership, excruciatingly slow to respond, reactive vs proactive, most employees live in fear of retaliation / retribution, no concept of "customer", marketing as a concept is completely misunderstood, titles are given based on seniority and entitlement (not performance or merit), promotions reserved for those who are submissive and conforming
