Pros

Beautiful design, pioneer in some kinds of shoe designs, beautiful ready-to-wear, and wonderful customers.

Cons

Management and HR are completely incompetent. Basic etiquette, knowledge, passion all missing. The hierarchical organisation is its Achilles heel. An extraordinary degree of wasteful expenditure, sometimes careless and disrespectful customer service. This is probably one of the worst places in luxury fashion to work. Certainly, other locations/boutiques may be different -- but the overall system is systemic.
