Poor Leadership and questionable decision making

- Working remote ( but you still need to go onsite) - decent health benefits (still extremely expensive)

Cons

- Nepotism - Extreme turnover - Low Pay - Lack of clarity of decision making - Very much a watch your back environment - Constantly changing leadership, only the upper management stays stagnant - Lack of direction and ultimately poor decision making from the exec's - Subpar pay - Overworked employees

Individual employees can be nice.

Cons

They purchase companies and systemically take them apart. They set the individual companies and employees up for failure. There is 0 communication from upper management. No respect for employees. Cronies are promoted and all others ignored. They talk as if they care about their staff and clients , but in really will do anything for a quick buck.
