Poor leadership. Have become too lean to accomplish goals.

Pros

Many good co-workers and average health benefits.

Cons

No 401K match. No healthcare until 30 days in. No raises for years. Upper Management does not communicate well and keeps changing vision. 14 people let go in the past two years. VP throws temper tantrums and fires people on a whim without even speaking to them about issues. Not just one, but several people have been let go this way.

Pros

overtime is paid daily after 8 hours, benefits pretty good. Breaks are paid.

Cons

unorganized, no communication, no consistency in answers, no training. There is not enough parking for employees. The lunch area and bathrooms are depressing and nasty.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Nasty people, Company used to be own by Indians, they lost it and a Corporation from Brazil bought it, a year after that 90% of the old employees were laid off.
