Pros

There are no positives for this company

Cons

Staff and entire teams are used, staff are afraid to say no to senior managers/area managers due to bullying and intimidation tactic that they use. People perform roles they're not paid to perform, they have supervisors running their stores so they don't pay managers, senior managers and area managers are incompittent and don't know the basics of their role. Confidentiality doesn't exist, h.r treat formal complaints as a joke and a strong bond exists between senior managers and h.r so nothing will get taken seriously. Terrible staff turnover rate also. Overall the most unprofessional company I've worked for. I don't recommend this to anyone with significant retail experience.

Pros

Entirely focused on money (if that's what you're into).

Cons

Massive lack of culture among teams and head office. The company is presented as an head office vs store Staff environment with HO staff spying and taking convert pictures of team members to later publicly share instead of talking to team members. Frugal is the most important core value meaning teams get little to no support, wages and wage budgets are constantly cut and investing in stores and team members does not exist. Very childish attitude among the sub senior head office members. This is not a company that deserves employees.
