Pros

Extremely generous time off, paid holidays

Cons

Springfield location- This company is a circus and it’s so unfair to the clients and staff who deserve so much more. Staff is treated like they can’t do anything right by older coworkers, art supplies and resources are kept in a locked office and group leaders need to ask permission to use resources to create fun and enjoyable activities for clients to enjoy, there is a huge pest control issue- roaches, things go unreported when clients come in with moldy water bottles- lunches that couldn’t even count as snacks- clothes that don’t fit- clear signs of trauma and fear of going home, the list could go on for days. Worked there for a year and never met anyone in admin higher than HR and even HR did not care about most situations unless it was to lecture staff. Clinicians are absolutely useless and run whenever problem behavior starts that requires the help from educated clinicians. It’s so unfair to people that actually care.
