Poorly-treated Departing Employees

Pros

You're treated well when you arrive. That fades quickly as you realize you've made a poor decision.

Cons

Find out how they treat their departing employees. Give two weeks' notice and they have your final paycheck by the end of the day (not including the two weeks' pay). I've never heard of a departing employee at the credit union lasting more than one day. All you need to know about a company is how poorly they treat people who leave.
