      Pros

      There are a few good employees here. Their heart is in the right place, and they truly care for others. They work hard, and deserve better.

      Cons

      Toxic environment administration is horrible. Take over by Stanford 2 years ago. The first year things improved but then Stanford started pulling their people out. Currently you still have the same toxic group directing/managing the hospital. Scary!!! They have no idea what to do, where to go, or how to make things better. What was being done before was NOT working. Unless there is a major overhaul with administration this hospital will continue to go down. After that, work on improving our services for our patients.

      Pros

      I honestly cannot think of many pros besides location.

      Cons

      Physicians run the show. They bypass middle management to get their way. ICU barely has core staff. Most are travelers due to conflict with CV surgery PAs. Senior Management is aware but turns a blind eye. There is no standard of care. No one follows policy. Rules change each day based on who is in charge in various units.
