Depending on which department you are, the environment differs.

Cons

Little to no progression. Opportunities is based on buttering up the boss. Take credit for other people's work and deprive others from moving upwards. The senior management has little to no knowledge of man management. And have no intention to bring a good atmosphere to the place.
