Others are willing to help new employees.

Cons

Very high turnover rate of workers. Inhumane strict schedule and short breaks. If you're lucky you get to work with an alright team. Supervisors are seldomly available. I slept through my freetime to prepare to go to work and it was my only life which wasnt suitable for myself.

Pay every two weeks Get paid for ideas that are implemented You get weekend but mostly end up sleeping to recover from the week.

Cons

Shift rotation every week Pain in arms from repetitive work Breaks are short Sleeping pattern messed up Based in the middle of nowhere and takes An hour to get there Bus is expensive at 130 euros pm from Turku
