      - compass model, if you are willing to use the model, it will help you with relationships in the workplace - leadership, easy to get in touch with and communicate - coaching helps me grow

      Cons

      Only con is limited upward growth depending on your team but it’s offset by the fact you can move around in the company to higher positions. You will learn great transferable skills and are encouraged to move around, grow, shadow, etc.

      Cons

      Systems are still being developed and improved and can sometimes result in a lot of work for the teachers. For me, the community balanced it out.

      Great community of teachers and staff who genuinely want to do what is best for students. Admin is supportive and cares about me as a professional and as a person

      Cons

      Work life balance can be hard-especially knowing there are so many jobs out there where you can have higher pay for doing less work. You have to really care deeply for students and feel passionately about education-if your heart isn’t in it, this will be a hard job
