      Pay is good and decent enough equipment at my location

      Cons

      When something breaks it’s stays broken until it’s dangerous. Management can’t make any decisions without having 9 meetings about what they’re gonna meet about. They micro manage every little thing the driver does

      They hold you back from advancement, the pay is low for what the expect you to do, the corporate team is more concerned with traveling to different conferences than paying their employees a living wage.
