      Pros

      I would say their motto and morals are great. They stand strong on patient care. Being able to work for a upcoming medical group that actually cares about their patients is an amazing experience to be apart of.

      Cons

      One con that I feel like that the company has is a lack of leaders. The company CEO COO and CMO are amazing people who should be represented a lot better. They are amazing people with wants of assisting patients to the best of their ability and the staff that is hired doesn’t represent the way they see the company. This company is like life and the people chosen to work here don’t take pride in working for this company.

      Cons

      Unorganized with absolutely no training. The individuals that are assigned to individual roles are horrible. The concept of the service is great but unfortunately it is poor managed with no intervention writing the next month or two.

      you have a job because they desperately need you.

      Cons

      They over work you, hostile environment. Training sucks, you barely get taught how to do things then get thrown out to be on your own. Issues don't get addressed and there is so much drama every day! All they worry about is money and treat you like a robot. They lie to you saying they have many opportunities but keep you in the same position forever.
