-Salary so you don't die of hunger -Tech L1 experience

Cons

-A lot of work, around 70-80+ tickets a day!! with 3-4 chats in the same time with no bonuses -Minimum wage -Terrible shift managers, project manager -Toxic enviroment -Nothing to do except get a paycheck and survive and leave after with some few months tech experience to a real job

Remote job. You can work from home, but sometimes you have to go to the office.

Cons

To much pressure. Project manager who doesn't speak correctly. You got penalties and they cut your salary. You are a machine for them.
