      Interesting product, small team, people are generally positive, supportive and nice.

      Cons

      Some of the mentors were incompetent communicators, yet had good intentions.

      Nice company culture with team trips and nice office. Great mentorship by experienced and skilled Seniors. Possibility to work remote.

      Working on a large application which may be overwhelming for some.

      Pros

      It is great to see how your daily work has an impact here. I have come across experienced and helpful colleagues and superiors who have supported and encouraged me in my activities. Management is very transparent, and feedbacks process works really well in both directions.

      Cons

      There is a training budget, but must be agreed with your manager on what you want to invest.
