Pros
Most of Leads and floor workers (production personnel) are great, hardworking people who take pride in their work.
Cons
Little room for advancement or career growth. Annual "merit raises" barely cover cost of living and inflation. The only merit to these is that they allow you to continue to survive. Horrible health care options. Most supervisors and upper level management are indifferent to any problems or issues until it generates a customer complaint. No accountability for managers and superintendants. Core values and policies are hollow window dressing.
