Pros

The pros about this job is the experience you get to put on your resume. Anything else in regards - all cons.

Cons

The only good thing about this job - is that the people you get to work with. And only some. Everyone and anyone at this company will deceive you - rat you out when you have a personal problem. This company treats it's employee's as though they do not learn anything. I had worked here for quite some time - had a lot of time to understand how to do the right things, and yet the management did not see any potential in me - even though I was excellent at selling the top product.

Pros

No pros what-so-ever about this company.

Cons

This company.. This is the worst, I repeat, worst company there is out there (at least from where I've worked). I will number my cons to make this easier for anyone who accepts a position at this company. 1. The president, Christie Acevedo is by far the worst management I have ever had to encounter. She not only demands too much, but she will also react at a high school level and treat you like you never understood basic learning skills if you don't reach her demands. 2. The people they hire are not only from Craigslist, they are not interviewed well at all. They are given the basic "Can you talk on the phone?" "Are you good at typing?" "Great we have the perfect opportunity for you to work with Satan!". Being said, they hire whomever if you speak English. For example: They have, in the past, hired someone with a false SSC. Yes, a false SSC. Not even legal to work in the US. 3. It's not that I wasn't good at my job, because I was. They provide an excellent source of favoritism! If you are close to hitting your numbers, and someone else isn't, you think you're doing something correct, right? Wrong. If your number is at 300 and you're supposed to be at 500, you will most definitely get talked to. If that other person is at 16, when they're supposed to be at 600, they don't get talked to because why? They're a favorite! 4. When you're on the phone trying to do your job and the president of the company, Christie Acevedo, comes up to you and sits right next to you with her laptop (pretending to be professional) and immediately starts to listen to you, just be prepared for what she has to say, WHILE YOU'RE ON THE PHONE. Yes, while you're trying to have a conversation on the phone with someone, be prepared to be interrupted multiple times by the President of the company, not with good advice, mind you. But with what to say, how to say it, and what to do. 5. There was a nice time where everyone was able to take 1 hour lunches. Someone, one person mind you, screwed that up by taking a little bit longer. It was then decreased to 45 minute lunches. Someone screwed that up, and it decreased to 30 minutes. So our hours were from 8:45AM to 5:15PM. Why the extra 15 minutes? Who knows. There are many more cons to this company - but I will focus on the management section for those.

Pros

There are no pros at all.

Cons

Everything, horrible company to work for. They don't allow breaks, they are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and manage by fear. They don't know how to treat people, owner will scream over you while in the phone, snap her fingers in your ears. Heart less and doesn't care if your family has en emergency. Most employees are afraid to say anything and walk around with their heads down.
