      Pros

      All the reviews on glassdoor were asked by them to write. I hated the company, They don't have any proper policies and they want people to join immeidately. we loose great talent and it is discrimination. Performance management is traditional and one way no two way reviews. Being an IT company. No proper introdcutions of surveys, policies, photos you find on website or older and team details on website or wrong some dont work for the company anymore.

      Pros

      1. If you're a fresher who's just staring your career, this is a great place to learn and grow. 2. You'll be given ample opportunities to prove yourself as an employee. 3. Your work will define your compensation at hike cycles. If you're worthy enough, you'll be given money to compensate that.

      Cons

      1. You will be mentally exhausted at some point because you'll be overworked . For e.g.17 hours(literally!!). The the frequency of this happening depends upon the project and resource management. 2. You won't have the luxury to go to your hometown and work from there (if you're home is outside office city location). You will be forced to consume your paid leaves. 3. You'll be getting 4 days for work from home per month and good luck justifying the reason for availing them. If you are working from home on a day, get ready to be micromanaged the entire day. 4. Only 20 paid leaves throughout the year(including sick leaves). 5. If you're lucky enough you might end up with some of the best mentors, if not get ready to be a part of toxic work culture.

      - decent compensation - will thrive if used to an Indian work environment

      Toxic work culture, senior management is not open to anyones perspectives but their own, little to no flexibility, lack of diversity, lack of respect, overtime, lack of recognition
