Kind, respectful, intelligent and fun coworkers. Interesting opportunity to learn about Asian countries and their consumer finance markets. Ability to work across multiple functions due to small company size

Pros
Great company in terms of work life balance with flexible hours and unlimited PTO. Professionally, I personally enjoy the freedom to choose my own projects as well as the amount of responsibility I take on.
Cons
Due to the small size of the company, one is expected to put on many hats and perform variety of duties. Though I enjoy this aspect of being in a start-up, it may not be appealing to everyone.
