Pros

Can't list out any pros of this company But two thing I must say is... 1.: my salary was on time 2.: They try to do some employee engagement activity but most of the time it goes after office hours bcoz the management is not ready to take out half an hour also from working hours.

Cons

1. Forget about your office timings and personal life. You should come on time i.e. 9:30 but leaving on time is not there in their dairy irrespective of whether you are girl or boy. 2. Unnecessary meetings conducted by the management (Srikanth) always after office hours (6:30). 3. Mostly they keep you wait after office hours even after requesting. 4. My personal experience is that colleagues were not so good. Always some kind of bad-mouthing goes on. 5. Do not have a healthy environment and I never felt positive energy there. 6. It just have a name of Digital Marketing Company. (My main reason for Joining). All they do is SMS Marketing and E-mail Marketing. 7. Top management is not at all flexible 8. Most of the employees are new joinees(I have experienced it myself.. when i joined who ever I met was new). Hardly few people (3-5) have crossed 1-2 year employment with that company 9. While I was working there I saw two people(from different dprtmnt) getting fired for no reason without any prior notification. 10. They hire people later they realize that they don't require that manpower and they fire and if you are not willing to make yourself flexible according to their working hours then you are fired. I dont wanna stop here because there are so many drawbacks...SO MANY....But I cant write all here....Work at your own risk... I could not continue there at any cost

Pros

As startup company only 'pros' is that i have learnt something from here.

Cons

Extend working hours till 9 PM in night sometimes midnight as well. start-up kind of environment even after 10 years of establishment Abusing employees, pressurous environment, threaten employees to fire if they dont achieve their unrealistic expectations is the scenario in company. CEO satish is only money-minded, he do not even care for employees, anyone who is ready to work for lesser wage is whom he hires. Worst management employee - Srikanth Best Management employee - Umera

Pros

only first two Saturdays off.

Cons

working here with your own risk. salary not paid on time and they will deducted salary amount unnecessarily. The worst hr dept and managers in office. There is transparency in work place and also with employees. Cheating high time for customers by proving fake documents. If anyone wants there services please go with other vendors. There is no training for freshers and there is lack of communication with managers. There is high in job turnover by employees by leaving this company 1-2 months. many people left coz non payment of salary by holding for months. I can give zero rating for this company.
