Pros

No work at all, good salary, full enjoyment, no work pressure, frequent US trips with no work (seems free Honeymoon trip again and again but without spouse :( ), full on Party during Client visit, a dream land to earn well without any work. Feel so fortunate that although being in Sales, I can enjoy so much as nobody asks for numbers even once. Hope my life remains the same till retirement, chill and frill. Long live VAM.

Cons

Salary Hike is only around 9-10% :( It should be at least 100% - 150% every year as you are making us sit idle and enjoy. We have to be in Office for a minimum of 6 hours daily which is too much. Spouses should be allowed in Business Trips as it becomes too boring without work and a Company too.

Pros

Seriously I didn’t find any Pros even after spending 2years.. thank god I got other opportunity..

Cons

As I said this should be your last option to consider.. Noting is really stable here.. this company is heavily dominated by so called CSDs and few big accounts.. both are in the company from last one decade.. Account is good but Directors are getting old and don't know anything outside ValueMomentum.. they made their own sweet home here and they believe they are the King.. they don't know how to talk, behave and act on the situations... If you are joining ERIE account then you are gone.. I joined as a Sr. Manager here but never got treated like a manager.. they will treat you like lead or first time manager and it’s all micro management.. in my 10+ years of industry experience I never saw a company were HR and even Board members are just puppies and only and only look for account growth irrespective of how an employees are getting treated.. even if you escalate in any level you won’t see any change in culture or management style.. this is shocking and need immediate action..! So big cultural issues, even all DMs in all accounts doesn’t know how to talk and manage projects, but still they are doing good as management is happy with low performing manager as they need only those folks to save their place.. but this ultimately cost to customer and employees.. I will never-ever suggest even freshers to join here as they will saw your high dream and you would end up doing testing or maintenance work.. better choose other option even if that demands relocation or low salary..

Pros

The pros are that they want you to get certifications early on. The Java certification is pretty useful, and the AINS-24 insurance certification is useful if you want to work in the insurance industry but useless otherwise.

Cons

Virtually on communication with management. Would have to wait an upwards of a month to hear a response for a question. Lots of time spent with nothing to do if you complete your certifications early, and even when you finally get something to do, it has nothing to do with actual coding. The only future they build for you is one within the company and they offer no practical experience for future employment opportunities. I was in a training group of 30, and after leaving 6 months in, over half of that group left before I did. It speaks volumes. But they don't care, they funneled in new trainees faster than they could give us things to do. Clearly as long as a few stay with them it's still a win in their eyes. Overall I regret having this as my first job after college, because I gained almost nothing from it for future employment opportunities.
