Engaging with global clients on diverse projects broadens our skill set. The approachability of team leaders and the boss fosters open communication, making it easy to seek advice or share thoughts. The supportive culture extends to team members, who willingly assist when workloads are high, fostering a friendly atmosphere and reducing work pressure.

      Cons

      The only area that could be improved is the consideration of periodic salary increments, particularly for those who have completed a year of service or contributed dedicatedly through overtime work.

      We are highly process oriented and professionalism is part of our core values. Wherever there are observations, the same needs to be first raised and discussed in proper channels first. Only then, such observations can be addressed timely. Periodical revisions are implemented upon completing 12-month cycle in general in line with best practices of performance management and measuring performance against KRAs communicated at the start of one's role.
