Pros

I would like to list out few things which I have observed in my 1.2 yrs of experience. 1.Organisation has a huge business plan and in which we can get lot of opportunities to involve and grow your skills. 2.Your high authorities till CEO is completely accessable to hear you ideas for the growth of the organisation. 3.To be honest you get quite a huge salary as a fresher when compare with other top MNC's & it will be on date there won't any fluctuations in salaries though it's a growing company. 4.Apart from salary you can get incentives more than your salary if you are working for it. 5.No strict rules and regulations, people will work on trust so that you won't feel any pressure on you. 6.From my day 1 till now I have seen enough development in the company and amazed by hearing the future plans of it.Its a good environment to start your career. 7.On a whole the best place to work, have fun, make money and grow along with the organisation.

Cons

One of the branch is not gonna be a glass building company so people who have those expectations may get disappointed, but still the other office fulfill your expectations.

Pros

1. You'll make good friends. 2. You'll learn how to survive in a new place without any money because the company doesn't pay you your salaries. (Check Cons for more details) 3. HR teams efficiency is commendable because they'll try to protect the image of this company no matter what, that's why after every 1 negative review, there are 2 positive reviews which are very short & have the same Copy pasted language.

Cons

Okay, so where do I start? Let's start with this one fact that the employees of this company haven't been paid for the past 4 months. The company doesn't have any money to financially support itself and is looking for investors who are not very easy to find. The infrastructure is pathetic and the policies are a joke. Coming to the learning & development part. The company breeds on the fact that self-learning is greater than anything, but forgets the fact that a good mentor is needed to create great Mentees. Managers are absolutely incompetent and have only got the particular post because they have stuck long enough in this toxic work culture. For instance, the basic competency that a new joiner would expect from his marketing manager is the basic understanding of tools such as Analytics, MailChimp, etc which lacks in them & they are only good in just 1 particular field which is absolutely pointless. In short, pathetic learning culture and no development at all, you'll not be given any training and you'll be thrown in the ocean of the unknown to swim your way out without a life jacket and an oxygen tank and that too you'll have to do this amongst a work culture that's toxic than ever. Coming to the work culture, absolutely shambolic work culture. It's sad to see that the company doesn't propagate the same values which it wants its employees to follow. Honesty is not present at all, when it comes to money issues you'll be told all the lies about delays and funding coming shortly, which Never comes. There is absolutely no empathy & respect towards employees and they are treated like slaves. They say that an employee should be Enterprising which is nothing but an excuse for their incompetent nature. And last but not the least, you'll have 6 days work week (sometimes 7) where you're expected to work at least 9-10 hours a day and even after doing this diligently for few months the company won't give you your salaries. Overall, the company is not at all recommended for anyone, be it a fresher etc. Please look for better options in Bangalore etc, they'll say all nice things just to reel you in and then they'll exploit you and leave you without any pay. PS. They haven't given a single dime to their ex-employees from the past 2 years which comes under their remaining salaries and incentive-based pay, so don't expect money if you join this organization and don't expect to grow or learn anything.
